ORDER DISPATCH TIME
Your order dispatch is 1 - 3 working days.
(This is dependent on the season or promotion)
Once your Rubi Noire order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide Rubi Noire the correct shipping information before confirming completion payment of any order.
We are not liable for address errors based on the shipping information given.
If you have made an error in the address, please contact Rubi Noire Customer Services immediately with your order number & correct details. We will do our best to make amendments before the order is shipped.
CUSTOM FEES & CHARGES
Rubi Noire are not liable for any charges that may/or may not be incurred from your local customs/boarder tax charges.
Orders in which customers have "refused customs" or denied "custom charges" and the order is sent back to us will be refunded with both outgoing and returning shipping charges deducted from refund total. If the order does not cover the charge you will be billed accordingly
CANCEL OR ADJUST ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Rubi Noire Customer Services as soon as possible.
Once the warehouse has processed your order we cannot make any amendments to or cancel your order.
We do not have the ability to add items to your order or combine shipping.
(returns policy applies on all items if you wish to return after dispatch*)
TRACKING INFORMATION / LATE ORDERS
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once you have received shipping confirmation.
If there is no tracking movement after 48 hours or your Rubi Noire order has passed your ETA (estimated arrival) please contact Customer Services via & we will look into this for you

Please note our shipping fees are based on the local shipping rate and include postal packaging.

We currently ship to a selection of countries around the world including:
USA , CANADA, UK & SELECT EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
If your country is not listed on the "selection" please get in touch as this will aid our shipping destination expansion.
Currently unable to ship to Israel, Palestine, Ukraine, Russia*
CURRENCY $ USD
Our website prices are set in $ USD and cannot be converted into different currencies.
We are unable to assist or quote you a price in a different currency as the exchange rate fluctuates.
However, please feel free to us an online currency converter to assist with online shopping
Rubi Noire are not liable for any currency conversion fees your bank/building society/creditors may charge for any purchased and refunded orders .
DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of order arrival
REFUND PROCESS
Once accepted you refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item(s) The refund will be issued to your original payment account or credit note as per your request.
Please Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
DENIED REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
The following goods cannot be returned:
Clearance/ sale items
Worn items / items in un-sellable condition
Scratches /Stretching of sunglasses frames due to mis-wear/misuse
Accidental damage or the loss of screws
Discolouration / Tarnishing
Wear & Tear
Items returned in the above conditions will be discarded and returns will not be granted
