RETURNS

Rubi Noire purchases within 14 days from delivery are eligible for returns /exchanges provided:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, in resell-able condition & returned with all original packaging: inc Rubi Noire faux velvet bag, cloth & box
  • Clearance/Sale items are not eligible for a refund / exchange / credit note
Please email info@rubinoire.com for a return to address label, the cost of which will be deducted from the total of your refund. 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our 3 month warranty from the purchase date covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover: 

  • Scratches
  • Stretching of sunglasses frames due to mis-wear/misuse
  • Accidental damage or the loss of screws
  • Discoloration / Tarnishing 
  • Wear & Tear

If you believe that you have an issue that is covered under Rubi Noire's three month warranty, please contact customer services via info@rubinoire.com with a your order details, a description of your issue and images of your product.
