RETURNS

Rubi Noire purchases within 14 days from delivery are eligible for returns /exchanges provided:

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, in resell-able condition & returned with all original packaging: inc Rubi Noire faux velvet bag, cloth & box
Clearance/Sale items are not eligible for a refund / exchange / credit note

Please email info@rubinoire.com for a return to address label, the cost of which will be deducted from the total of your refund.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our 3 month warranty from the purchase date covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover:

Scratches
Stretching of sunglasses frames due to mis-wear/misuse
Accidental damage or the loss of screws
Discoloration / Tarnishing
Wear & Tear
